Refund policy

All sales final; store credit only. OLNIAN supplements are consumable health and personal-care products. For safety and quality reasons, opened items cannot be returned and all sales are final.

Unopened items

If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@olnian.com. Approved returns are issued as store credit only; we do not offer cash or card refunds. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Founding Gold Jar & free gifts

Any free gift, including the founding Gold Jar, is non-returnable and has no cash value.

Subscriptions

Skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account after your second delivery. Manage it from the link in your order confirmation email.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival and email hello@olnian.com within 7 days if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, and we will make it right. Please take comprehensive photos and video.

EU customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened items as required by law.
